The Cocktail Crew is a premium private event bartending company serving eight markets nationwide — and we’re all about elevating your celebration. Our team is made up of hand-picked bartenders known for their mixology skills, magnetic personalities, and hospitality-first mindset. We’re not just here to pour drinks — we’re here to curate the vibe. Whether it’s a bachelorette party, wedding, corporate event, or birthday bash, our Crew shows up with energy, charm, and professionalism. Every bartender is licensed, insured, and background-checked, so you can relax and enjoy your event knowing you're in great hands.

Our Crew will arrive in a sharp black polo and black slacks. If you have a special request for our outfit, we'll do our best to accommodate.

We can cater to any type of event: birthdays, holiday parties, corporate events, weddings, dinner parties, charity functions, team building events, bachelorettes, house parties, ugly sweater parties, brunches, luncheons, pool parties, launch parties, grand openings, premiers, book clubs, and more.

Our people, hands down. Our model bartenders are great making drinks and are easy on the eyes, but they really excel in the charisma department. Many bartending companies offer a great service, but we strive to go above and beyond and offer a remarkable experience. Your guests will leave with zero hesitation about coming to the next party you throw.  Lastly, we have a 3-hour service minimum, which is much shorter than you'll see elsewhere, offering you more flexibility and cost savings.

We will arrive with a robust bar tool kit, bar towels, bar mats, and ice buckets, ready to whip up some great cocktails. Our stand service does not include any alcohol, mixers, garnishes, ice, cups, etc, but we do have a mixer package available as a paid add-on for smaller events. A portable bar is available to rent.

If you're going the BYOB route (which most of our clients do), we recommend having ample alcohol, mixers, garnishes, cups/glasses, and ice. If you have special cocktails that you’d like us to make, please have those ingredients prepared. If you've purchased a mixer package add-on, you will need to supply the alcohol, coolers, and any speciality mixers, garnishes, or glassware you desire.

Every party we host is incredibly unique. Our value is in providing great service and memorable experiences, not delivering groceries. Using our proprietary cocktail calculator, we will give you suggestions on what items to buy and in what quantity depending on your event type and guest count.. Doing the shopping yourself will allow you to save money by avoiding markups, and allows us to focus on a higher level of service and provide a better experience for you and your guests. With that said, we recognize the convenience us providing mixers provides, so there is a mixer package add-on available for smaller events.

Yes! Mocktails are one of our specialties. Our bartenders craft elevated, zero-proof drinks using fresh ingredients, balanced flavors, and thoughtful presentation. Whether you’re hosting a fully alcohol-free event or just want great non-alcoholic options for guests, we bring the same professionalism and bar-quality experience—minus the alcohol.

Pricing varies by location and event size. Our rates begin at $75-$85 per hour, with lower rates available for additional bartenders. Servers/barbacks and bar rental are available as well. 3 hour minimum. We recommend one bartender per 40-60 people, depending on the types of drinks we are serving. Our Crew will place a small tip jar at the event, unless you would like to arrange an alternative method for gratuity. Travel fees may be incurred for events outside our service area.

Customers will receive a full, 100% refund with at least 30 days advance notice ahead of the event. If you cancel with less than 30 but at least 10 days ahead of your party, we'll refund 50%. All events are non-refundable with 10 days or less notice.
