How much does private event bartending cost?
Private event bartending starts at $75 to $85 per hour, with exact pricing varying by location. Additional bartenders for larger events are available at a lower hourly rate. Contact us for a custom quote based on your event date, guest count, and location. Price does not include gratuity, and a booking fee applies. Travel charges may apply for events outside our standard service area.
What’s included in the price?
Pricing includes a professional, licensed bartender, all bar tools and setup, a full night of drink service, and complete cleanup at the end of your event. You'll supply the alcohol and ice, and we'll send you a simple shopping list ahead of time.
How many bartenders will I need?
For events under 50 guests, we typically staff one bartender. Larger events may need two or more bartenders to keep the line moving, and we'll help you figure out the right staffing when you submit your inquiry.
Do you provide the alcohol?
We do not provide the alcohol. As a standard part of our service, we also don't supply mixers, syrups, juices, or garnishes; you'll handle those along with the alcohol. We do offer mixer packages as an add-on if you'd rather we take care of that too, and we'll send you a shopping list so you know exactly what to pick up ahead of your event.
Are your bartenders licensed and insured?
Yes. Every bartender on our team is trained, experienced, and covered under our insurance policy, so you can relax knowing your bar is in professional hands.
How far in advance should I book a bartender?
We recommend booking at least three to four weeks ahead, especially for weekend dates during peak wedding and holiday seasons. That said, reach out even if your event is coming up soon. We'll do what we can to accommodate you.
Where do you provide bartending services?
We bring the bar to your location, whether that's a private home, an office, a rental venue, or an outdoor space. We just need a clean setup area and enough room for the bar and your guests.
Can guests request custom drinks?
Absolutely. Your bartender can take requests throughout the event in addition to the menu you select, as long as the ingredients are available behind the bar.
What if some guests don't drink alcohol?
No problem. Include zero-proof options alongside your cocktail menu so every guest has something great to sip on.
Do you bring your own bar setup?
Yes. We arrive with the professional bar tools and equipment needed to build a full setup. Alcohol, mixers, and garnishes are handled by you, based on the shopping list we send ahead of time, unless you add one of our mixer packages. If you have a specific bar or table you'd like us to use, just let us know ahead of time.
How do I book a private bartender?
